"We arrived at Hotel Bissolati for a three-night stay in Rome, having booked a Superior Deluxe room for our family of four. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were assigned a very small room with extremely limited space, making it difficult for our family to move around comfortably. When we inquired about upgrading to a larger room, we were told that no larger rooms were available. To address the inconvenience, the hotel offered us an additional room free of charge for the night. We used this room primarily to store our luggage, as there was insufficient space in our assigned room. However, the following day, we were informed that we would be charged a €105 cleaning fee simply because the shower had been used. This was surprising and disappointing, as we had been explicitly told the room was complimentary. We also requested to review the bill before any charges were processed to our credit card, but the staff refused to allow us to do so. This lack of transparency was extremely concerning. When we questioned the cleaning fee and attempted to discuss the situation, the staff became argumentative and unprofessional. This was particularly disappointing given that this was our third stay at the hotel. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned on the second night of our stay. Due to the poor service and lack of professionalism, we decided to check out early. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The staff were unaccommodating, communication was unclear, and the overall level of customer service fell far below expectations."

"Hotel is clean and large. Service was fantastic, especially front desk who let us check in early.  Restaurants at the hotel are a bit pricy, but there is another Italian restaurant next door which has cheaper Italian food. There is also a shopping centre about a 25 min walk away.  Location is a bit out of the way, so to get anywhere in Rome you will have to take an Uber, the public bus or the hotel's shuttle bus (at an additional cost).  Swimming pools are fantastic, especially the Roman bath area. Only issue with the facilities is that the gym does not have many machines. Further, the dumbbells that they have are not very heavy (10kg max).  The room and the hotel itself is a bit old, but this is fairly standard among other Rome hotels. "

"👍Tren istasyonundan Şehir otobüsüne binin. Çok sayıda otobüs var ve durak otele çok yakın! 😲Ama bu sefer ağır valizimle otobüse bindiğimde, ne yazık ki zihinsel olarak anormal, çevik, ayakkabısız, bana bağırıp kışkırtan genç bir siyahi adam tarafından taciz edildim, ama uzun boylu ve şişman şoför buna göz yumdu... Çok sayıda yaşlı ve güçsüz yolcu, kazadan korunmak için otobüsten indi. 👍Sonunda otobüsten inmemize yardım eden ve onu sakinleştirmek ve götürmek için her yolu deneyen cesur bir genç kız sayesinde kaçmayı başardık! 👍Tezgah personeli güler yüzlü ve servis iyi! 🍄Oda temiz ve konforlu, ancak maalesef küçük bir buzdolabı yok! Mineralli su verilmiyor."

"Warning: AVOID THIS HOTEL! I want to warn anyone considering a stay at this hotel. My husband and I booked a stay from September 27-30 to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Due to my father-in-law’s health issues, we had to bring our two children along (3 & 11) but my husband forgot to update our booking. Upon arrival, the receptionist loudly informed us that we could not stay in the double room. I was embarrassed on how she was talking to my husband, I am just so glad no one is in the reception during that time. We were demanded to pay 240 Euros per night, totaling 720 Euros for our stay, which was far too high for what we received. We were being taken advantage of in a stressful situation. We know that we are at fault as well but charging us 240 euros per night was unreasonable! The room was so small, good thing the 4 of us manage to fit on one bed. After this, I hurriedly double check the rest of our hotel bookings on this Europe tour and unfortunately on our Florence hotel our children was not included as well. I immediately called the hotel and to my surprise they said if we wanted additional bed they will charge 10 Euros per night but if we dont then there will be no charge at all with free breakfast for all of us! If you’re looking for a hotel that values its guests and handles situations fairly, look elsewhere. This hotel will rip you off and take advantage of you. Please be cautious before booking or do not book at all."

"The location is good but maybe a little far away, next time I would stay 10 mins walk closer to the centre. We had a few issues, being emailed about ongoing ground floor work that would affect us at 9am on the day we check in... so of course too late to cancel or make alternative arrangements! They did thankfully move us to a higher floor room but then we weren't able to check in until 16.40pm...Then housekeeping forgot to turn our hot water on, so on day 2 we had no access to hot water and they took over 2 hours to solve it with bad communication and no apologies. Overall, it is nice and clean, but the internal facing balcony is pointless and the apartments have no soul. I would stay somewhere else for the money."
